Teeckets records buyer payments made through supported checkout methods and links every transaction to its event. Eligible balances become available for an organiser payout request 24 hours after the event ends, subject to refunds and payment settlement.

  • No upfront creation charge. Build and publish the event before its package fee is collected.
  • Payment accountability. Transactions, approved refunds and payout records remain linked to each event.
  • Clear settlement. Sales, approved refunds and the amount available for payout stay visible by event.
  • Net payout. Teeckets deducts 3.6% processing and the selected package fee from eligible event proceeds.
  • Package target matters. If ticket-sale revenue is below the selected package fee, the sales proceeds are forfeited and no organiser payout is made.
  • Managed refunds. Approved buyers securely submit repayment details and receive progress updates.

Give each person on the door their own PIN, emailed with a link to the scanner. No shared logins, and you can see how many each of them has let in.

Proof of payment

EFT buyers upload their transfer. Teeckets reviews it and, once approved, emails the tickets, receipt and PIN automatically.

The things organisers actually ask

There is no upfront event-creation charge. Teeckets deducts 3.6% processing and the selected capacity-package fee from the event payout. If eligible ticket-sale revenue is below the package fee, the proceeds are forfeited and no organiser payout is made.

Ticket payments are recorded against the event. The eligible event balance becomes available for you to request as a payout 24 hours after the event ends, subject to approved refunds and payment settlement adjustments.

Paid ticket transactions remain linked to the event. Approved refunds and event-cancellation adjustments are processed before the eligible organiser payout is calculated.

Each event has its own capacity package. Its fee is deducted from that event's payout, not charged when you create it. All events, ticket sales, admissions staff and payouts are managed from the same organiser account.

Where EFT is available at checkout, the buyer uploads proof of payment for Teeckets to review. Once approved, their receipt, ticket link and PIN are emailed automatically.

Only if you are registered. If you are, switch tax on at your rate and it is applied to tickets and to your own fees, charged under your VAT number and itemised on every receipt.

Yes. You can create flat or percentage-based fees, charge them per order or per ticket, and label them clearly for the buyer. They are itemised on receipts and included in the event's payment records for settlement.

If you do not add a paid ticket type, Teeckets automatically assigns a R0 ticket to the event. Customers bypass all payment methods, register for the R0 ticket and receive the usual ticket link, PIN and QR code for admission.
